Winter is coming... But a bowl of Curry Laksa will warm your soul and delight your senses with a touch of heat. It's a Singapore favorite with egg noodles in a coconut curry stew, topped with a hard boiled egg, shrimp, sliced chicken, fried bean curd then garnished with yow choy and fried shallots.
