Women in medicine frequently experience unjust treatment, making @arghavansallesmd's social media advocacy particularly important.

"I can't just sit on the sidelines and be like, 'Oh, someone else will figure that out.' Or, 'It's OK if I don't say anything,'" Salles says. "The more we ignore things, the more we suggest those things are fine."
