Join Us Starting Monday, January 8th on the Westside of Chicago at buildchicago for our Free dance, fitness, and wellness classes for all ages and abilities 🎉🙌🎉🙌 These programs are free for ALL community members to attend in support of men's health, senior health and community health!!

Program Name: Free Wellness Programs (Senior Wellness and Men's Fit and Active)

When: Starts January 8th and End February 3rd

Time: Classes vary by day and starts between 10am-1pm CST and 6pm-8:30pm CST, see Link in bio or stories for full schedules and class times🗓️

Where: BUILD Chicago, 5100 W. Harrison St, Chicago IL 

What to bring: Water, towel, a mat if you have one but not required and Gymshoes😁

Is this open to all ages and abilities: Yes all are welcome!

Is there a fee: No, This class and workshop is absolutely free to attend

Is this program also offering online classes as well: YES!

Can I register onsite or online: Yes simply come and register onsite at the front desk or email info@tonye-co.com for the registration link to access the free classes.

Parking: Free off-street parking and parking lot!

Perks Included: ✨Participants will get to ask for fitness and wellness tips from our GTAF Instructor Specialist Team✨ free health screenings and vaccinations✨ cooking demos from a Registered dietitian✨ Take a variety of classes inperson or online such as Zumba, stretching classes, mindful breathing, strength training classes, cardio, dance and more😃
