Dry January is the perfect time to reset - I’ve often spoken to you about my evolving relationship with alcohol and my commitment to mindful consumption, and I’ve decided to take January completely off of drinking alcohol. BUT that doesn’t mean I can’t have fun little drinks! I’ve started by journaling out my intentions, by using prompts like, why am I doing this? what do I hope to get out of it? what worries do I have about Dry Jan? what is my current relationship with alcohol?
