Time for the sap.

The Songs From The Couch V.2 tour is over. For those of you who don’t know, Emblem3 was the first concert I ever photographed. Before that, I saw them open for another band well over 10 years ago. Back then, I thought they were the coolest guys ever and I wanted to be just like them. Meeting them and getting to photograph them in 2021 was strange. I never photographed a concert, and I never photographed someone I once looked up to. That’s probably why I bombed that show so hard. Anyways…
We stayed in touch. I was often with them at their house, playing kickball, photographing their shows or just taking pictures of them for fun. We ended up getting close enough that I started becoming a regular in their circle. They played a show earlier this year in LA, and they floated the idea of me possibly photographing their upcoming tour.

I’m so thankful for this entire team. @jackmuddrums for giving me the chance and letting me cook, @drewchadwick for being like a big brother and letting me vent, @wesleystromberg for keeping my chin up when I needed it the most, and @keatonstromberg for always giving me the best advice and including me in everything. I can’t forget @kaiajette for putting on an incredible show every single night (sorry we never watched Dirt) @yuvalglam for teaching all of us Taki (it’s better than uno, I promise), and @yaringlam for getting me to smile when all I wanted to do was cry(she’s also incredibly talented on stage).
Lastly, the MVP of the tour, @kotawalters. Dog kept us safe, kept us laughing, and never said no to an Applebees off the freeway.

I love this team. I promise ill keep giving you all I got.
