Justice is on its way. 

Jenni Hermoso appeared in court on Tuesday to testify in the sexual assault case against Luis Rubiales, the former President of the Spanish Soccer Federation. 

The judge is said to be examining evidence including television footage of the assault before deciding whether to advance the case to trial.

According to the prosecutors' office in Madrid, Rubiales could face a fine or a prison sentence of one to four years if found guilty.
