Our infielders are the first line of defense and constantly working to perfect their craft through precision, understanding, and relentlessness.  A glimpse into our infield strategy. 

1. Positioning Mastery – Our infielders strategically position themselves based on hitter’s strengths and game time situations.  We utilize the statistical odds to help us create a game plan. 

2. Ball, Meet Plan – Every hit triggers a pre-set plan for our infielders.  They know where to go with the ball if everything goes as planned and have contingency options in place when it doesn’t. 

3. Embracing the Flow – Speed and direction of the ball is our best friend.  Our players leverage the momentum of the ball, letting it guide in their execution. 

4. Comfort in the Uncomfortable – Discomfort is where growth happens.  Our infielders have embraced the challenges, learning to thrive outside their comfort zones.  The game knows when there is doubt, infielders must always be ready.

5. Error?  No Problem. – A fielding error is just a plot twist.  Trusting in their perception, our players know there is always another play waiting to unfold.
