“On our way through the desert, en route to the rally, there was a hardened patch of sand, solid enough for the slicks to handle. Parking in the valley between dunes, I hustled up the hill to capture this landscape, only to find the winds had washed away all trace of tracks and prints made on our way in. With that, I knew this was the time to capture a place erasing it’s own history, and ingesting its own stories.”
