✨Here’s 3 reasons why your energy matters in your photography business:💫

1- when things get STRESSFUL or CHAOTIC around you (typically this can happen at weddings where there are a lot of moving parts), how you respond (and not REACT) matters🤯

I learned this when I realized I could walk into a room and instantly feel the vibes were off. Or if I noticed the body language would instantly change when certain people would come around (maybe there was tension between a bride and in laws, etc)…whatever the case, I could let this energy win and sabotage or I could figure out ways to keep things grounded and calm for everyone. This became my superpower in my business ✨

2- if you are working alongside other team members, vendors, etc and people have attitudes or negative energy…this can attempt to ruin the day and attract more bad energy/issues to occur. If you are personally going through something, hold space for yourself- process- take a breather❤️

For me- having a solid team that we can rely on each other if things get tough or if you need a good laugh is everything. Cultivating this has truly changed the game for me and my team members!

3- working with your couple, you need to make sure you guys vibe well. There’s no worse feeling than trying to force good vibes, especially if the couple isn’t getting along or they aren’t vibing well with you for whatever reason. I always try to make sure I’m presenting the most authentic version of myself when I’m working with couples so they can see the real me, and often times that’s the reason they LOVE working with me because it feels like we are friends and are kickin’ it together!😂

If my mood was off or I just really didn’t feel like being there and that showed in my energy, that would make the couple feel awkward and that would show in the photos + they would remember that🥴

At the end of the day, we want to work with people who make us feel good and we can relax around- not any stuffy, negative energy that can ruin the mood and kill the vibes.🫶🏼
