Found your next OMAKASE date night spot! The tasting room at mishiknyc in Hudson Square is serving super unique fish from Japan and whimsical cocktails in a gorgeously designed dining space. 🐠 🐟 

What makes this particular restaurant so interesting is that their fish is sourced from Tokyo’s Toyos Market and is preserved according to Edomae traditions. Edo refers to the period of Japanese history that pre-dated refrigeration where sushi chefs used various techniques to preserve the fish - they use a similar technique here at Mishik! 🇯🇵
