Anyone else obsessed with palomas? 🙋‍♀️ If it's on the menu, we're ordering. But this time of year, it's totallly worth it to make your own - because grapefruits are in-season and extra sweet and wonderful! Here's a mocktail paloma that captures all the juicy deliciousness of the original - without any of the ABV. Just whip up a quick rosemary simple syrup to add a hint of sweet earthiness then garnish - as always - with abandon! Pro-tip: switch the flaky salt for a smoky salt and capture the vibe of a mezcal paloma. (Should we call this a palo-nah? Too much?) Enjoy! Tag us if you make one.
