I’m no scientist, but I know there is evidence to back this up. “Training camp effect” has been in full swing the last 7 days in Mesa, AZ. It’s been hard work with some of tricoachgreg’s athletes, but we also had a lot of fun singing and dancing during workouts. It was a great way to kick off the year and get back into workouts after some down time.
More training camp content coming as I spend the next few days recovering and soaking up all the work I did! 😴
