I love how these products are conveniently available at my local Stop & Shop. I purchased them and everything needed to make these salads with homemade ranch at my local store. Each perfectly portioned salad is the perfect grab and go meal for busy weekdays. I included low-fat cottage cheese, boiled eggs, chickpeas, greens, red onion, radish, and tomatoes in my salads. To alternate, some salads included Hillshire Farm® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Lunchmeat, and some had tender, white meat Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips.

For my better for you ranch, I used nonfat Greek yogurt with a blend of herbs which included: dried parsley, garlic, and onion powder, salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and a splash of buttermilk. It paired so perfectly with the meats and made for a quick option I could prepare on Sunday nights for the busy week ahead.
