WOW! To say that I’m still in awe is a complete understatement. Yesterday was the Grand Opening of a long time dream of mine. Creating my own art studio, gallery, and storefront! dinkcstudios 

This dream started even before I launched my dinkc brand in 2012. I’ve always been inspired by various art studios I’ve gotten to visit, galleries I’ve worked with, and dope storefronts selling amazing merch. I’ve seen so much throughout these years traveling and living in  different cities, but I’ve always wanted to come back to my hometown of Kansas City and lay down roots. So you can imagine my excitement and nervousness when I got the opportunity to take over this location.

This whole venture started in March ‘23 when I learned that flagshipbooks was moving locations. I immediately jumped on finding out more about the space and was able to lock it down in an April. Getting the keys in May to immediately start a full buildout of the studio. With the biggest help from my dad, family, friends, investors, and my beautiful moonflowerr_ and soumi_adeli_ I worked non stop almost EVERYDAY making this vision come to life. Now, July ‘23 being able to fully open my doors to the public for the first time, just felt absolutely surreal. 

With that being said, I’d love to welcome you all to my space. Fully active art studio, gallery, workshop, and storefront. From me to you, let’s get to work. More info coming soon! Stay tuned! KCK we did it!
