First time getting mic'd up curtesy of samkrivit. Quick hyroxamerica Q&A before throwing down.

We talked about my start in HYROX, favorite & least favorite movements, and plan of action for the P'F"T. 

Little too hyped up after slamming some bldrsports pre-power...

Spoiler: plan went slightly out the window after splitting the 1km run in 3:39 & the shoulder fatigue setting in. This training week was hefty and I started feeling it.
