For the first neighbourhood feature of 2024, I'm taking you around 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗲! Back in the late 1800s, Parkdale was one of the wealthiest and most popular suburbs in Toronto. It was even in competition with Rosedale for the city's most sought-after neighbourhood!

In 1889, the residents voted in favour of amalgamation with the City of Toronto. Fast forward to today, Parkdale is making a comeback as a standout Toronto neighbourhood! 🏙

This subdivision runs from Wright Avenue to the north until Lake Ontario to the south, making it within walking distance of Toronto’s most beautiful waterfront parks and recreational facilities. 

Parkdale is also known as one of the city's most vibrant districts, where you can shop, dine, and look at the most gorgeous Victorian homes and mansions.

The median listing price for homes in Parkdale is $1,329,450, with a sold price of $1,380,000. This district consists of detached homes and high-rise condominiums, which sell in approximately 30 median days while on the market.
