It’s pretty chilly out today, and really all I can think about is how good it would be to tuck into these cozy vegan cinnamon rolls right about now.

Toasted pecans add a satisfying crunch, and a gooey filling made with maple extract gives these rolls an intense, cozy flavor. I love finishing them off with a sweet maple glaze on top. They are so soft and so good!
