WWJD? What would Justin do?

Throwback to my last time training with the Justin’s: j_jacoby32 (my coach) and justinyodonnell at revive.gym 
.
When I was a little kid I would often pretend I was some sort of superhero or character. I thought if I could be the superhero I could run faster or further or otherwise push myself more. During the hard parts of my prep in 2023 I recall asking myself what would Justin do? Be it Jacoby or O’donnel - these are two “superheroes” that I could rely on for inspiration. Feeling tired on the last couple reps of leg press? Don’t know if you can finish the last 30 minutes of your cardio? Hungry? - then ask yourself “WWJD?” - and I would always dig deeper, execute the plan, ask more of myself, and aim to be a little bit more like them. I am excited to be heading back to Stuart this coming week, another chance to learn and grow next to some real life superheroes. Love you guys!
