21 years ago today, Kobe Bryant showed up fresh from the hospital to help his Lakers take down the Clippers (he had 26 pts). It was only a day before that Kobe and his wife Vanessa had welcomed their first child, Natalia, into the world.

21 years later, Natalia is what her mom calls, “what every parent hopes and prays for.” The USC student, who also models, recently said in an interview that she tries to live her life with her father’s, “mamba mentality.” 

We have a feeling he would be pretty proud.
