#ad #Gatorade_Partner One of my main focuses for the upcoming season is consistency. I know that just like one bad day won’t break me, one good day of training won’t get me where I want to go. It’s all about showing up consistently and putting in the work even when it doesn’t feel particularly glamorous or exciting. Fueling and recovery is the same way- consistency is key there too.
