Ugh! I was dragging major asssss today bikini_fitness1. 😫
Feeling way behind after taking so much time away from this type of lifting to tour.. My personal records seem so far away. 
But, if there’s one thing that I know about my body; it’s that consistency will help me bounce back fairly quickly.
Kinda like with everything else in life, eh?

This month is almost over. It’s time to get it 💪💪
