I’m so excited to be partnering with betterhelp to gift you all one free month of therapy. I think it’s very important we take care of ourselves. To me, it’s the biggest form of self love!!

I used to think therapy, in general, was embarrassing and made me look weak. But now I see that it’s quite the opposite. Therapy has been such a huge part of my life. It’s allowed me to process what I’m going through, communicate my emotions, and help me navigate stressful situations.

Whatever you’re going through, let’s take a stand to make ourselves happier, healthier and stronger in 2024.
