Come back home to the practice. 

As Yoganand reminded us at our Pranakriya Reunion and Celebration in North Carolina just a week and a half ago, Pranakriya Yoga Teachers are encouraged to be practitioners first, and teachers second. After all, we cannot authentically lead that which we do not practice. We also know that life can get in the way and a regular personal practice can sometimes get short-shrift. That's the "householder" world we live in - too many things, not enough time, right?

So we thought, what better way to start out 2024 than with a re-boot of that personal practice, and regular gathering in community? 
--> Enter: The Winter Sangha!

In this 8-week series rooted in the book “Pranayama: A Path to Healing and Freedom” by Allison Gemmel Laframboise and Yoganand Michael Caroll, participants commit to: 

🧘Developing and maintaining a daily practice of pranayama, movement, and meditation that suits your schedule and goals.

🫶Check in with a pranayama partner 1-2 times per week to ensure accountability as we (re-)establish this new habit.

🧘‍♀️Join Yoganand and/or Vladimir live via Zoom for at least 6 of the 8 Wednesday evening sessions. Sessions will include a short practice, and discussion of the book, daily personal practice revelations, Q&A, and more. 1 hour per session. 

In-person participation in at least 6 of the 8 sessions is required. 
Wednesdays from 7:00-8:00 pm Eastern

March 6, 13, 20, 27
