Meet Kelly, a long-time BDI client. Kelly was facing double knee replacement surgery. It was important to her that she maintain the level of fitness she had achieved pre-surgery while working with her BDI trainer.

So before her surgery, she scheduled a consultation with one of our physical therapists. Because she had a good prehab treatment plan, when the time came for her surgery, she was well ahead of the healing curve.
