Packapalooza took place at Hillsborough Street on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023. Packapalooza is an annual street festival that celebrates the beginning of the new school year. It was capped off with a pep rally, light show, and concert. This year's concert was headlined by David Cook who sang his hits including "Light On" and "Fade Into Me."
