## Caption

Vikings safety Josh Metellus reps the HAUS jersey patch with pride.

“It’s one thing to work out and it’s another thing to work out with a purpose. Here, we work out with a purpose, and it’s to get better on the field. Everything is specific to what I’m going to be doing on the field whether that’s explosiveness, DB work, or ball skills. wellefast does a great job making my workouts efficient during the offseason. The translation between the work I do at Training HAUS and what I’m going to do on the field makes a difference.” #BehindThePatch
