Olive Oil Rose Cake 
Ingredients:
For the cake
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs room temperature
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp rose water 
3 tbsp oat milk 

For the glaze-
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla 
1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. With an electric mixer, combine the eggs, sugar, milk, and olive oil. 
3. Beat in the all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Combine until ingredients reach a cake batter consistency.
4. Add the cake batter to a round baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. While the cake is baking, whisk together the glaze ingredients. 
6. Once the cake is done baking, pour the glaze on top on and let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. 
7. Remove from pan and garnish with fresh strawberries and flower buds.
