Today we're talking all about our Churrasco Station!

WHAT IS IT?
The word "churrasco" directly translates to grilled meat in Portuguese. It is a style of bbq originating in Brazil!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Various cuts of meat are:
- marinated
- skewered
- grilled over an open flame
- and carved onto individual plates.

Pair with a Veggie Carving station for a healthy side dish and a good vegetarian option for your guests!
