Timed 20-10 Sprints W/ The Rice Brothers

The athletes get a 20 yard runway to build up to maximum velocity before entering a 10 yard timed sprint window. 

We use these as a part of our top end speed training, to gather data to track our athletes progress and build their speed profiles.
