📚What do you like best about your classes?
“The thing that I like most about my classes is how inclusive everyone is. I walk into a room and immediately feel like I belong. In class, I enjoy being able to do work with those around me and knowing that if I ever needed help I could always ask my professors.”

👨‍🔬What do you like best about your professors?
“I love how personal all my professors are! All of them want to truly get to know who I am as a person! They are all so encouraging and welcome me with open arms. I know that if I ever need help I can always go to them and not be judged, but allowed to ask questions and them clarify.”

❔What do you like best about your major?
“I love both of my majors! I love the Religion Department because it is such a family environment. My professors and classmates all want to see me succeed and grow in my relationship with Jesus. In all of my Religion Classes we are celebrated for our differences and how God can use us all in different ways. I love being able to learn about how to properly minister to people while being encouraged to grow in my faith by those around me. I also love the Media Communications Department. I love all the creativity it encourages and how much it pushes people to be the best designers, editors, photographers, etc, as they can be.”

✝️How has your faith grown since you’ve been at SWU?
“My faith has grown so much already from being at SWU! I have loved the amount of spiritual activity I’m allowed to participate in during the week! I can worship with my peers in an amazing Christ-centered environment. We always have the best speakers and worship during chapel and I have loved getting to also be a part of things like Reach. One really cool thing that has changed a lot for me since I’ve been here is my prayer life. Before coming to SWU I was very nervous to pray out loud because I didn’t want to lose my thoughts or not say something.”
