I find a hitting routine that makes me feel confident/prepared for games and I stick to that. Over the course of the season, my main focus is having quality at bats each game and being productive in a way that benefits the team to put us in the best possible position to win. This is important for consistency as not everyday will be your best day but you can still find a way to contribute. 

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝 𝙫𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨?

I like to read the scouting report and watch film on the upcoming pitchers to look for any tendencies that may give me an advantage in the game. I also adjust my approach/pitch selection based on what the pitcher mainly throws. I work to be selectively aggressive early in the count and try to find a pitch that I can barrel up and hit gap to gap.
