## Caption

The St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum is located on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine, Florida. Built from 1871-74, this is the second lighthouse built on the island. The first one fell into the ocean in 1880. It stood where a wooden watchtower was once built in the late 1500s by the Spanish when they founded the city.
