An NYPD sergeant is facing a slew of charges including manslaughter for trying to stop a suspect who was trying to get away from officers at the scene of a drug bust. The officer threw a water cooler at the suspect, who was driving a motorcycle on a sidewalk, then crashed and died. Is that deserving of a manslaughter charge?
