Caramelized leeks, miso dip for the game day! Say no more! A great twist on a french onion dip that you will fall in love with. Sweet caramelized leeks, tangy goat cheese and a nice kick from cayenne makes this dip irresistible. Enjoy!

1/2 stick butter or 4 tbsp
1 tbsp miso paste
3 cups leeks washed rinsed and chopped
8 oz goat cheese
1 cup of sour cream
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp honey
Cayenne
1 tbsp fresh chives

In sauté pan melt the butter on low heat.
Add miso paste and leeks. 
Caramelize leeks for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let them cool.
In a bowl add the sour cream, goat cheese, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
Add the leeks and honey and combine gently. 
Sprinkle fresh chives and serve.
