This is the outfit I’ve been in most this month!

I’m attracting more and more wellness experts into my life who all want to use their voices and reach more people with media features.

Instead of being a workaholic, 12 hours a day, entrepreneur-on-a-mission (which I honestly can’t do anymore now that I’m in my 40s)…I now choose to work smarter not harder.

And that starts with being well and feeling well.

And well, you can’t serve wellness experts if you’re not out there experiencing all the wellness industry has to offer right?

That would be a bit sad and ironic.

This month I’ve continued my journey into wellness with…

💪🏼 Strength fit classes at the wonderful  nxtphasefitness gym and done rather strange things like pushing 150kg on some kind of sledge thing.

(Thank you to my awesome trainer Pete for adding another 50kgs since last month! I swear he’s going to jump on the sledge next month!!).

🐉 A nourishing and balancing Qi Qong workshop with the very lovely jamesyoga

🪷 My awesome yoga trainer luisvalentineyoga who has helped me stretched me out and his classes are divine.

🚴🏽 Spin classes at soul cycle. kendrakemerley keeps me mentally sane and smiles as I sing at the top of my voice from the front row.

🥣 A gorgeous soundbath with the beautiful soul _lisapauley_ – she blends aromatherapy with the sound healing and her monthly soundbath at Love Supreme is divine.

🦄 A beautiful healing session with the thepathofthemedicinewoman  and I’ll round off the month with her monthly cacao ceremony.

I feel blessed to have so many incredible teachers in my life. Thank you for all that you do.

It’s an honour to be part of an ecosystem where I help amplify the voices of so many experts and long may it continue!
