I am thrilled to share that I am a part of ngbn.tv a men's network dedicated to addressing the mental health of midlife men. Did you know that this age demographic is 70% more likely to commit suicide than any other? It's a staggering statistic that needs our attention.

NGBN TV is launching a 24/7 network with shows specifically tailored to the needs of midlife men. From inspiring stories to educational content and pure entertainment, this network aims to empower and uplift. And guess what? My show, The Primal Mindset, is going to be a part of this thriving platform!

Having experienced my own struggles and being on the verge of settling for a life of misery, I know what it feels like to hit rock bottom. That's why my show focuses on the three pillars of The Primal Mindset: mindset, nutrition, and fitness. I invite expert guests who share their insights and strategies to help midlife men overcome adversity and live their best lives.

My goal is simple: to inspire men to be the best version of themselves for the ones who need them the most. I don't want anyone to endure the pain I went through. Together, we can make a difference and save lives.
