I took this photo today to document my continued progress and you know what thought I had? I wonder if I’ll even see any progress changes from my older photos?

BODY. DYSMORPHIA. IS. REAL.

Today I felt bloated, fat and like I had gained weight back because of 1 or 2 less than great meal options.

So ok what if I did? It’s not the end of the world and it’s certainly not like I’ve gained all the weight back. It’s a few choices that I could have made better but oh well. That’s life. I can’t be perfect all the time. 

Tomorrow is a new, clean slate.

All I can do is do my best and that means make better choices.

Progress will never be linear.
