Galatoire’s Restaurant hosted the Annual Royal Luncheon for the King and Queen of Barkus. Barkus Queen XXXI Bea Broussard, a 9-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, nibbled lamb chops and while Barkus King XXXI Bentley Burton Jurgens, a 5-year-old English Bulldog, broke his special diet for the special occasion and har a bite or 2 of the steak.

The Mystic Krewe of Barkus will parade through the French Quarter starting at 2pm on Sunday to the theme, “Barkus & Barbie: Pawsitively Pink!”
