Happy #thetathursday ! Mia Healer shares why she went through recruitment this past year:

“This past fall, I transferred to UConn. As a new student, I was nervous about making friendships and was unsure if I would be able to find my place at a new school. 

I decided to go through recruitment because I was hopeful it would give me the chance to meet like-minded girls who shared similar values to me. Throughout recruitment, I continued to feel my best after I left the Theta Ville. Every girl that I talked to was so kind and inviting, I felt like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me. There was such a strong energy of support and love that took my nerves away when I walked into the house. I was more and more excited to go back every time. 

Being a part of Theta has changed my college experience in the most positive way. Theta helped me to feel like I had finally found my place🤍”
