How to make a charred lemon margarita 🍋 (serves two)
Start: Split a lemon in half, coat lemon in olive oil, then set face down on a HOT pan. Let it char for about 5 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool. Once cooled, juice lemons. Set a slice aside for garnish.
Then add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker;
2 oz. Charred Lemon Juice
4 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 oz. Limoncello
Add Ice, Shake, Serve. 💃🏼
Black Obsidian Salt + Lemon Zest for the rim
Garnish with a slice of Charred Lemon!
