One month of working with funmedidaho at their fmioptimal has been a game changer. Is this what health care can be like? I’m never going back. I’m loving working with amberwarren.pa 

Been using some “Cogni Mag - Berry” magnesium powder from funmedfoundations and OMG I cannot believe how much better I’m sleeping.

Every night I’ve been making super simple magnesium mocktail to get me ready for an early bedtime.

🍷 Pure Tart Cherry juice from boisecoop (high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and naturally occurring melatonin)
🍷 Magnesium powder 
🍷Sparkling water (I like liquiddeath Severed Lime) 
🍷 Fancy ice - 💁🏼‍♀️
