Celebrate the New Year, Lunar New Year and Valentine’s Day at the Oculus with the Red Ball Art Festival, presented by theblanc_ny, _wtcofficial, westfieldworldtradecenter .

This is an immersive and engaging art project that will be on display February 6 through February 20 and feature grand-scale art installations, performance art shows, and engaging interactive activities for all visitors.
