It’s finally here, the long awaited opening of our Chelmsford taproom & brewery. 
Please take a moment to read information below. 

The soft opening kicks off on Feb. 21, 2024 at 12pm, and continues with normal business hours (see below) right up to our official grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on March 1st. 

Taproom hours:
Wednesday 12-9pm
Thursday 12-9pm
Friday 12-11pm
Saturday 12-11pm
Sunday 12-8pm

We stop serving a half hour before closing. 

A large public parking lot is located across the street. Street parking is permitted in designated spots.  A limited amount of parking on site is also available and shared with our neighbors.  Bike racks are located at front & rear entrances. 

We anticipate many visiting the taproom’s soft and grand opening.  We want to ensure everyone has an enjoyable visit. NBC is a family & dog friendly brewery, with a few rules. 

Children must be seated with their parents at all times. 

Dogs are also welcome providing they are leashed and well behaved.  Any excess barking or signs of aggression you will be asked to leave. 

During most taproom hours a food truck will be parked at the rear entrance.  Outside food also is permitted.  Lots of great food establishments in the neighborhood. 

Over the coming months, weekly and monthly events including but not limited to; Run Club, Bike Club, Mug Club, Trivia Nights, Paint Nights, Music, and more. 
All events will be posted via social media. 

We will begin offering 12oz & 16oz pours with flight offerings in the future.  Free 2oz samples will be available for those wanting to try before committing.
By law we are permitted to serve only what we are legally allowed to brew.  We brew beer and occasionally hard seltzers.  We cannot and do not offer wine, ciders or spirits.  Outside alcohol is not permitted.  Anyone found with outside alcohol will be asked to leave immediately and the alcohol will be confiscated.  Sodas and water will be available for non-alcohol options. 

Finally, we are super excited to be part of the Chelmsford community and look forward to seeing you.
