## Caption

To start the drill the athletes make a 5 yard approach. During the approach the coach will call out “left” or “right” signaling which shoulder to turn over. From there it is a curved acceleration through the cones into a race down the field for a tennis ball. 

Drill is focused on being able to efficiently accelerate through the curved cone set up.
