We're making meatballs with Lauren! And it's a **turkey** meatball — gluten and dairy free!

The recipe:
[preheat the oven to 375]
-6 cloves of garlic
-full onion
-2 cups of spinach
-2 cups of mushroom
-1/2 cup of mayonnaise
-1/4 cup of ketchup (which Caroline does not put in her meatballs but Lauren does)
-little bit of salt, little bit of pepper
Now...
--grind the onion and garlic together
--sauté the spinach and mushrooms, let it cool
--put everything in a bowl and mix it all together with your hands
--roll them into meatballs (try for a uniform size) and put in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes
