Chicago Wolves goaltender Adam Scheel blocks a shot during the game against the Milwaukee Admirals on Jan. 27, 2024 at Allstate Arena. The Wolves, sporting blue jerseys to raise awareness of dementia, lost 5-0. Even though the home team didn’t win, the energy was still high in the arena. 

“Everyone is always so happy to be here,” said Anna McDonald, a long-time fan. “My husband and I have been coming to games since the team started in ‘94.”
