We’re proud to announce the launch of the Multicultural Leadership Coalition. This first-of-its-kind initiative will increase diversity and representation on the Boards of both private and newly-public companies by directly placing talent from our collective multicultural networks. The Coalition is comprised of BBGVentures, #Gaingels, GoldHouseCo, #GoldenSeeds, HalogenVC, HarlemCapital, KaporCapital, macventurecap, multitudesworld, NAACP, IAmSoGal, and vamosventures. 

The MLC announced their placement of 4 leaders with 7 additional active searches at last night's Multicultural Family Banquet during Advertising Week New York 2022, hosted by Gold House, for 200 multicultural investors, founders, executives, and cultural leaders, in partnership with AdvertisingWeek, Meta, dentsuusa, SeeHer, morgan.stanley, 
3aforg, lowensteinllp, and WorkingAssembly.

The MLC is a continuation of a series of endeavors by Gold House to unite multicultural communities through affirming creative and commercial opportunities.
