Day 193 and half marathon 193 done. So grateful I get to do this everyday. Today's run was for Renee Nardello, more details in my stories. 

I got to test out a new shoe on today's run. Who doesn't love new shoe day. How cool are these. The new altrarunning Timp 5

This shoe is grippy, light and cushioning is perfect. If you are looking for a trail shoe with serious grip then this is your shoe. The vibram megagrip outsole upgrade is amazing. I definitely need some of this grip on my blade.
