Golden Bear great Bill McClintock will receive the Pete Newell Career Achievement Award during today’s game. Bill was a 2021 California Athletics Hall of Fame inductee and member of the Golden Bears’ 1959 NCAA championship squad and 1960 NCAA runner-up team.
