Have you ever been so focused on something that you completely missed out on an opportunity to connect with someone? That's how I felt when I was trying to help my horse Georgie. 
Instead of listening to her body language, 
I was too focused on correcting my own posture and movements. 
Looking back, I realize that I should have approached our conversation differently. Instead of saying 
"I need you to...", I should have asked "can you...?" It's amazing how a simple change in phrasing can make all the difference in building a deeper connection with someone.

Academic art emphasizes harmony and lightness, focusing on communication and understanding between horse and rider.
